Quality of transformers is reflected in its vigerous testing acrried out at our lab.Every transformer is thoroughly tested in each of its manufaturing process. M/s. Power Engineers, is all equipped with testing laboratory & testing floor to carry out all routine tests as per IS 2026 as follows • Insulation resistance test • Voltage ratio measurement & check of polarities & connections • Winding resistance measurement • No load current & No load loss measurement • Short circuit impedance & load loss measurement • Separate source voltage withstand test • Induced over voltage withstand test • Oil BDV test We also provide other special / type test like dynamic short circuit test & lighting impulse test on customer request at NABL accrided reputed laboratories. Our four KVA ratings 25, 63, 100 & 200 KVA (11/433 Kv) are successfully type tested at ERDA (Electrical Research & Development Association), Vadodara. Our testig equipments / instruments are calibrated at NABL recognised laboratories tracable to national standards which ensures accuracy of readings. The feedback from after sales services enables us to improve our designs on contineous basis to deliver quality product to the end-user |
